Finance Manager

Your new company

An ambitious technology start up based in central London is recruiting a qualified Finance Manager job which will report into the Global Finance Director. You will be working for a revolutionary business which sits within the Financial Technology space; working with key market leaders within the banking sector.


Your new role

This is a newly created role due to high growth within the business. You will be working in a well-rounded role where you will be responsible for managing the finance function for the EMEA region.

You will work closely with the Global Finance Director to implement and deliver the companies finance plan for the regions across all aspects of internal and external reporting, statutory compliance and tax, whilst also managing one part qualified Management Accountant.

Ensure the Management Accountant (EMEA) has clearly defined short term and long-term objectives alongside a clear career development plan, providing guidance and feedback through on-going performance appraisals.

You will also assume responsibility for the production of an annual plan and longer term 3 year plan for the EMEA region.


What you'll need to succeed

You must be a fully qualified accountant with around 3 years PQE, as well as strong academic results.

Experience with US GAAP & SOX is strongly desired, though not essential. You will also need to be commercially astute, articulate and technically strong
