The Finance and Accounting Division of SF Group is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a market leader within the Manufacturing Industry. This is an opportunity to work freely within a great team environment to push the boundaries of your skills. This opportunity is to join a finance team of people over different positions.

In this role you will manage and control P&L for each site. Focus on driving improved performance through partnering with key stakeholders - Managers, Production and Technical teams. You will be supporting the production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts. Reviewing and challenging analysis to identify risks and opportunities in current processes.

The ideal candidate will be Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA and will have come from a manufacturing background and has a good understanding of stock accounting (although not essential). The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for:

• Production of monthly management accounts with precise analysis and insights
• Provide commentary on those areas of responsibility
• Accurate stock reconciliations, counts and valuations
• Liaison with Factories & Planning department to ensure month end forecasts are in line and variances followed up
• Provide assistance and good practice training to factories
• Ensure financial controls are adhered to
• Management of costs in the business area
• Attendance on site at monthly meetings to review and advise on performance
• Provide analysis and financial information to influence and shape decisions and improve profitability
• Be able to challenge management to enable improvements
