Senior Finance Analyst

greenwellgleeson are currently recruiting for a prestigious large organisation in Warwickshire who are on the hunt to join their world class team supporting a Global function. In supporting this function, you'll be driving genuine performance in key areas of the business, offering exposure to key aspects of commercial accounting.



Market support

Provide support to markets during the month end close process
*

Lead monthly actuals reviews and drive subsequent actions through to completion
*

Support budgeting and Business Plan process and review.
*

Monthly forecasting, variance analysis and drive subsequent resulting improvement actions
*

Support management of control actions for the markets.
*

Cross functional working between these markets and central UK teams, to ensure best practise is shared across the Region and deliver Standardisation of processes across markets to drive improved quality of Market Financials
*

Working with Accounting team, drive resolution of technical accounting issues within the markets.
*

Ensure transfer pricing policies are implemented effectively across the markets



Regional support

*

Perform regional consolidation of actuals, forecasts and budgets - collate, summarise and present robust variance commentary
*

Perform regional consolidation of market QMPs
*

Perform regional consolidation of fixed costs - fixed marketing and selling
*

Support Business Improvement and Transformation activities



You'll need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a genuine hunger to add value, grow and develop not just your role, but yourself also. As one of the most rewarding roles in the function, you'll work non-stop to drive performance.
