CFO

We are currently working with a successful business that has recently taken private equity investment and is now looking to secure the hire of a talented and enthusiastic CFO to help grow the business.

The CFO will operate as a business partner to the CEO of this B2B services organisation with a focus on improving the finance function and the quality of management information whilst helping drive the forward strategy of the business including helping shape the decisions around the growth plans for the business. They will also be involved in managing the wider operations with quasi-COO responsibilities including management of the IT function.

This organisation enjoys good margins on circa £ 20 million revenue and has enjoyed high double-digit growth annually in recent times so the CFO will be joining a successful, exciting business operation that should double its revenues in the coming years. 

Applicants must have recent or previous experience of working with a private equity-backed business and a track-record of success throughout their careers to date. A qualified accountant with a keen intellect and the expertise to ensure this business grows in the right way, the CFO will have gained experience of managing costbase, capex and improving efficiency of operations in a small / mid-sized business environment.
