Management Accountant

The Company

Brewster Pratap are delighted to be working with a manufacturing company based in Goole who are looking to recruit for a Management Accountant

The Job

This job will report to the Finance Director and is responsible for providing accurate and timely monthly management accounts for multiple manufacturing divisions including forecasts and budgets

Controlling, reviewing and updating manufacturing costs and bill of materials for review with Manufacturing Manager

Influencing and developing manufacturing systems and processes

Accurate reconciliation of monthly balance sheet and revenue statement

Controlling stock counts, analysing variances and providing inventory reporting

Responsible for overseeing and managing the workflow of manufacturing production administrators

Supporting Finance Manager in reviewing Capex spend against budget and updating Fixed Asset Registers

Providing accurate, timely and relevant production costs KPIs to the business unit stakeholders

The Person

Qualified or part qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA with previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering or construction environment. You will need good analytical skills, be able to speak to stakeholders at all levels, strong interpersonal and organisational skills along with excellent IT skills
