HEAD OF FP&A (12 Months Fixed Term Contract)


Your new role
Your new role as Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, will see you lead the planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles for this international business. You will provide robust analysis of the organisational position, presenting credible options to optimise its strategic direction.

Alongside this, you will be asked to present operational insight and guidance, to ensure the organisation is aligned to its strategic objectives, whilst leading on the strategic agenda communicating this across the business, including all external stakeholders. Furthermore, you will lead a team responsible for the formulation of the annual budget and business plan and performance reporting and analysis across both.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to be a qualified Accountant, preferably ACA with a track record providing excellent strategic operational analysis. The ideal candidate will have also formulated large annual budgets, preferably upwards of a billion, whilst previously providing analysis into board level with detailed recommendations. Preferably you will have a background within professional services, group or plc organisations.
