Accounts Analyst

My client based near Deeside is looking for an Accounts Analyst to assist the finance department on an ongoing temporary basis. Reporting to the Financial Controller this is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading business which could lead to a more permanent role for the tight candidate.

Duties include:

• Set up and maintenance of customer accounts.
• Raising of sales invoices from dispatch notes plus credit notes and production of export documents as applicable.
• Credit control and dealing with customer queries.
• Credit checking.
• Releasing sales orders.
• Reconcile and produce the weekly sales reporting.
• Run the month end closing reports for Accounts Receivable and distribution of customer statements.
• Process month end adjustments relating to sales and produce the monthly Group reporting.
• Intercompany balancing and reconciliations
• Ensure the Group Intercompany Reporting balances for all applications.
• Produce the monthly Intrastat, EC Sales and Vat returns.
• Participate in other projects relating to Finance and Controlling.
• Process improvement to improve quality and reduce costs/time to report.
• Support Internal and External audits.
• Credit cards program manager

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously. You must have strong excel skills and be available to sort work on minimal notice.
