Interim CFO

A recently private equity backed business in the multi-site leisure sector is looking for an Interim CFO. They are currently turning over £25m and have ambitious growth plans.

Initially you would be professionalising the finance function working alongside a high calibre Financial Controller who is already in place. This would include bringing in proper management reporting, improving MI / BI and redoing the board packs to meet the demands of the private equity house. You will also be partnering with the CEO to ensure growth, the private equity house envisages this to be achieved through opening and acquisitions of new sites. Thus, prior experience in rolling out new sites in a prior role is essential.

The business is looking for a CFO with a solid track record of CFO assignments completed, experience in multi-site business, a prior record of rolling out new sites and immediately available.
