An established company in the service sector based in Reading and across the UK.

Your new role
This is a new role in the business joining a new Internal Audit function, based in Reading.
The role involves a mix of Financial and Operational Audit work at sites across the UK. (30-40% travel)
The travel is concentrated in the Southern half of the UK but there are a number of sites based in the North and Scotland also.
Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will be involved with the planning, execution and reporting of allocated audit projects and other ad hoc work, e.g. governance, investigations, dealing with delegated work in a professional, engaged and responsible manner.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified Accountant or Auditor (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, IIA/CIA) with a background in commercial internal audit. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with the business and establish relationships with operational and financial teams.
