Investment Director

This lower-mid market private equity house has a tremendous track record of generating excellent returns over many years. This track record has led to repeatedly successful fund raising exercises and the business is well positioned for many years to come.

As an investment director you will perform the full investment cycle from deal origination (though many deals are brought to this house from advisors) through to post investment management. The ideal candidate will have private equity investment experience at a senior management or director level for a lower-mid market or mid-market house, ideally with additional growth capital experience. Alternatively a qualified accountant - ACA, CA or ACCA - with extensive corporate finance advisory experience from a quality firm of accountants, corporate finance boutique or investment bank may also be considered. In this instance, your M&A deal experience will include mid-market MBO's and related private equity backed transactions and growth capital funded deals.
