Group Finance Systems Manager

Reporting to the Head of Finance Systems at this global automotive group with multi £bn revenues you will form part of the Group Finance team based in Central London.

The core purpose of this role is to ensure the performance, reliability, and integrity of financial reporting applications, but outside of this you can expect to be involved in a wide variety of other activities. For example, in the short term you will assist in the launch of a new SAP-BPC consolidation, planning and management reporting tool before moving on to support the tool and its users to ensure a strong return on investment.

You will:

• Provide support for SAP-BPC and legacy reporting systems (Infor MPC) to ensure Group reporting requirements are met
• Contribute to the successful implementation of the Group's new SAP-BPC system
• Become the 'go-to' person for financial reporting systems
• Provide support, training and advice to finance systems users in order for them to get the most from the systems

To meet the requirements of the role you will already possess:

• An accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
• Strong finance systems knowledge, ideally SAP-BPC
• Excellent Excel skills
• Inquisitive, numerical and analytical mind-set
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to create effective relationships with stakeholders at many levels
