Our client, based in Swindon, are looking for a commercially minded accountant to join their business in a key role. The purpose of the role is to provide the combination of financial analysis and commercial knowledge to key stakeholders within a growing division. To do this you will facilitate discussion and decision outcomes through the management of meetings and the provision of concise, well presented decision support analysis.

This is commercially facing role working closely with key stakeholders’ throughout the organisation. You will have the opportunity to influence and thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Interpret facts and figures in order to promote analysis through business

• Conduct monthly financial reviews with the sales and marketing stakeholders

• Presentations with stakeholders at monthly sales meetings

• Gain a detailed understanding of profitability by channel and facilitate ongoing discussion on sales channel trade offs

Skills/ Knowledge:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

• Advanced Excel
