Group Financial Controller

The Group Financial Controller (GFC) will report to the CFO and work closely with other members of the senior management team.  You will be required to maintain a strong financial control environment; deliver accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders; and manage the FC team’s readiness for planned technology changes. This role will require a hands on approach with a team of 3 reporting into the role.

Key Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for the following:

·Deliver accurate and timely reporting to both internal and external stakeholders

·Maintain a strong financial control environment by challenging existing procedures and

processes.

·Support the design and delivery of the financial control environment that will sit behind the

technology changes

·Ensure rigour in cash forecasting and management processes.

·Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and processes.

·Comply with Companies House, HMRC, FCA, FRS and  lender reporting requirements.

·Support the Commercial Finance Manager in delivering analytical insight and FP&A activities
