Corporate Finance Manager

Our client is a large international firm of accountants with a leading Corporate Finance team nationally and in the Midlands.  They seek to strengthen their team with an experienced Corporate Financier with manager level exposure working with clients in the infrastructure space, for instance schools, universities, hospitals, community housing, in terms of both project management and project delivery.   This exposure may well have been built up in both practice and industry.

You will obviously play a key role working closely with the Directors on business development, developing market intelligence, pitching for new deals, building networks as well of responsibility for day to day management control of transactions.  You will join a well established team offering a broad range of transactions with a very strong brand name behind them. 

This team is growing so this is the perfect place to advance your career and become a leading expert in this chosen specialism.  Your work will combine elements of finance, strategy, economics, financial structuring around the equivalent of PPP and PFI etc, procurement and fund raising to assist your clients in structuring investments or projects to maximise shareholder value or deliver successful infrastructure projects.

The successful individual will ideally come with some relationships already with relevant intermediaries and corporates in this sector, albeit not necessarily from the Midlands region so do apply if you are coming from outside the area and wish to relocate to the Midlands. You will have the desire to achieve both on an individual and team basis.  There is a clear path for progression for the right individuals.
