Greenwell Gleeson is working exclusively with a fast growing manufacturing and distribution business. Working as the No 1 finance person you will be tasked with producing the end to end reporting and subsequent monthly reporting packs for the overall UK business and a sister business in France. You will work closely with the operations and commercial teams to understand the key cost and revenue drivers, analysing performance and work in partnership to maintain and improve margins. Finally you need to be able to motive and develop the finance team. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate a good grounding in accounts, experience of managing the end to end finance reporting of a business and demonstrate adaptability, tenacity, a strong work ethic and a hunger to succeed. Also excellent communication and analysis skills will be equally important. Final experience in manufacturing/distribution and an understanding of French would be highly desirable.
