Project Manager

You'll be working with an International FMCG business, reporting into the Global Transformation Lead and project managing the implementation of an effective operating model for Financial Shared Services.

It's essential you can manager multiple finance and non-finance work streams, ensuring all elements are successfully delivered on time and within budget. You'll need the ability to work effectively in teams with diverse individuals and must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, including with senior management, to ensure that Finance Shared Services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

You'll be responsible for the following;

*Create, validate and own various programme deliverables that relate to the FSS initiative, including, workstream management, global deployment, developing playbooks and identifying business readiness criteria.

*Identify and manage interdependencies across all finance workstreams
*Capture, monitor and control risks and issues, with support from the workstream Lead
*Assist the finance workstream Lead to make updates to the workstream business cases

Project management qualifications e.g. Prince 2, PMI, APMP etc. alongside an accountancy qualification e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc. would be ideal.

It is however essential you have proven project management and change management experience, as well as experience of operating in a structured project management environment to a defined methodology and processes, delivering a successful operating model for a financial shared services centre.
