My client , a very well established manufacturing business in Gloucester are looking for a strong Management Accountant to join their head office finance team . This busy and varied Management Accountant role will involve the preparation of monthly management accounts including commentary, prepayments, accruals and bank reconciliations. You will maintain fixed asset register, business information & management reporting, weekly cash flow forecasting, assist with production of annual budgets and rebates. You will support others within the finance function when needed, prepare payroll and be involved in financial projects for the Financial Controller.
For this hands-on Management Accountant role it is essential that you have experience within a similar position, preferably with previous manufacturing experience. Ideally you will be part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or AAT Qualified. Strong IT skills including good MS Excel skills and a knowledge of SAP would be advantageous .
