My client is seeking to recruit an accountant to head up the accounts payable and receivable functions for their Devon based business. You must have a proven track record in managing a team and have experience of being a leader and mentor. More specific duties will include:
- Ensuring that revenue processing is effective and meets the needs of the business
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Focusing on accounts receivable, aiming to keep overdue recoveries to a minimum
- Ensuring that payments are made on time within agreed commercial frameworks
- Be the business lead on designing and implementing clear transactional processes that meet the needs of the business
Salary £45 -£55,000 depending on experience (plus benefits)
