An opportunity for an experienced Group Accountant to join a multinational logistics business on an interim basis.
The role will support the Chief Accounting officer and support on all matters concerning the accounting and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
*Management of the group consolidation process
*Preparation of the quarterly management report and providing commentaries to management.
*Maintenance of the Company's interest rate and FX hedge portfolio in compliance with US GAAP
*Preparation of group holding companies and subsidiaries.
*Production of quarterly and annual statutory accounts for submission to the SEC
*Production of schedules for US and UK tax filings
*Assisting the CAO and CA in maintaining the Group's compliance with US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley requirements
*Liaising with external auditors and preparation of audit support schedules and working papers.
*Assistance in ad hoc projects as required.
You will need to be:
* Qualified accountant - ACA from big 10 practice preferred
* US GAAP and Sox experience
* Strong working knowledge of Excel
* 1+ years PQE and experience within industry
* Problem solver and team player
