An International Services business require a Finance Project Manager to join their team, following a period of change.

Reporting to the Director of Shared Services, duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Identify and develop a first class reporting structure in order to improve ‘MI’ capability across SSC.
  • Help transition to a ‘self-service’ approach once ‘MI’ reporting foundations have been established.
  • Extract data for senior stakeholders from multiple systems, both financial and non-financial.
  • Develop a monthly package of performance metrics, including invoicing and purchase orders, before presentation to senior stakeholders
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for continuous process improvement across SSC, as well as training staff in such areas
  • Lead and develop a controlled environment in which a project Management Framework is administered against all SSC projects

The successful candidate will have a track record of change/process improvement in a Shared Service Centre, as well as technically strong reporting background. You will feel comfortable working in a project based role, with the ability to manipulate and extract data from a variety of financial and non-financial systems.
