The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for providing FP&A support to all central function heads as well as central entities for the division. This is a key role within the divisional FP&A team which also provides support to the Divisional FP&A Manager in all planning and reporting activities for the Division.

The position holder will work closely with the Divisional teams as well as Group FP&A and the Corporate accounting teams. Supporting the FP&A Manager, the incumbent will ensure that the monthly accounting for central entities is done correctly, the numbers are well understood and the overall Divisional reports are timely and accurate.


About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining all reporting excel files ensuring data consistency and refreshing of all data tables and final production of monthly KPI packs.  Statutory reporting pack for central entities. All non-financial data submission from Associates and handling queries on all non-financial data submission from Group FP&A. Review and distribution of daily warehouse report submission. Consolidation of weekly report submission from countries and submission of monthly Flash report to Group. Entering data in planning and budgeting systems (TM1 or Controller) for 3YP or Budget for central entities (c10+ entities). You will provide ad-hoc analyses as required.

About You

You will be qualified with ACCA or CIMA, and have experience of working in a large multi-unit matrix organisation. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Excellent analytical skills as well as attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. You will be a self-starter, who can work independently with minimum supervision. Proactive, high energy, result-orientated, with a can-do attitude in meeting critical deadlines. You will have the ability to build strong relationships and networks across the organisation, and work collaboratively in a team.
