Finance Business Partner

Our client, a recognised employer of choice with exciting new strategy in place to leverage its strengths and reputation as a consumer favourite, is looking to source an exceptional Finance Business Partner (Operations) to join its team on an initial interim basis.

The successful candidate will be pivotal in providing support and insight to drive operational efficiency, enabling decision making for hundreds of millions in business cost, and 700+ site level budgets.

Main duties include:
* Supporting site level P&L budgeting
* Region and site level weekly performance reporting
* Deliver insight and challenge on underlying driver of site level performance
* Financial control over key operational initiatives and investments
* Financial control over Operations overhead cost centre
* Business partnering with Operations Directors, Area Managers and reporting to Head of Ops Finance

Skills & Qualification required:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
* Good understanding of financial planning and management techniques
* Commercial Acumen - understanding of operational business drivers
* Interpersonal skills - ability to communicate with and influence financial and non-financial colleagues at all levels
* Analytical skills - ability to identify core issues and provide assessments grounded in compelling logic
* Able to show strong commercial judgements and directly influencing action / results
