Based in Luton, Bedfordshire, our client is a FTSE listed business looking for an immediately available Finance Business Partner to join their team on an interim basis for 4 months.

This job would suit a Qualified Accountant (ACMA, ACCA, ACA) with a strong business partnering background to Support operational control and decision making for over £400m of business cost alongside delivery of the site level budgets for a large number of different sites.

The company is a well-known and expanding company who have locations across the UK and worldwide. With the business ever-evolving and continued internal staff development, the need for a good interim business partner has arisen to support the operational business.

The successful individual will be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified finance business partner used to working in a complex multi-site environment supporting non-finance stakeholders. The ability to communicate with and influence financial and non-financial colleagues at all levels is essential as is the ability to prioritise and work autonomously.

Duties will include:

• Region and site level weekly performance reporting
• Insight and challenge on underlying drivers of site level performance
• Financial control over key operational initiatives and investments
• Financial control over Operations overhead cost centre - budget, monthly review and challenge
