Finance Business Partner

Greenwell Gleeson is working in partnership with a national organisation to recruit a commercially astute Finance Business Partner to help improve operational performance for a key region. Working at both at the head office and supporting a portfolio of regional locations around the UK, the role holder will be tasked with

* Being the key finance business partner for the region
* Supporting the production of the monthly results and subsequent reporting packs
* Presenting the results at monthly management meeting with key operational management
* Supporting Regional MD and Senior Management to drive commercial performance and better decision making
* Provide detailed analysis to understand business drivers
* Challenging the status quo and helping devise and implement strategies to drive business improvements and cost efficiency's.

To be considered for the role you will be :-
* A qualified accountant
* Ideally have experience of working in a multi site organisation
* A confident communicator with the ability to develop strong working relationships with the sales and operations teams
* Excellent data manipulating and analysing skills
* Able to demonstrate a good depth of core accounting skills.
