Interim Finance Manager

Working with a National Supply Chain organisation with sites across the South East sourcing an ambitious, driven Finance Manager to join for a period of 12-18 months to cover maternity leave.

There is flexibility as to where you can be based either in Egham (Surrey), Reading (Berkshire) or Kent, the choice is yours! However, you need to be flexible with travel as you'll be expected to travel across all sites.

As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Finance by providing strategic analysis and insight into business performance. This is a fast-moving business so you should possess the ability to understand trends and results (at both a detailed and strategic level) and to identify vital connections between the two.

About You

• A fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA finance professional
• Be available immediately or on short notice and be able to commit for the length of the assignment
• Ideally experience of working in a large FMCG, Supply Chain or Manufacturing business where you have worked with large volumes of data and gained strong communication and influencing skills.

This position plays an important role in developing analysis and identifying financial trends (at both the customer and product level), understanding drivers of actual results compared to forecast and budget, and leveraging those analyses into deliverable guidance / recommendations to Managers and Directors.
