Corporate Finance Executive

Axon Moore is recruiting for a newly qualified ACA/ACCA to join a dynamic, Manchester-based Corporate Finance boutique looking to undertake the next stage of its growth plans.

A newly created role has arisen due to the recent success of the company within the market and requires a strong ACA/ACCA looking to move into a lead advisory role.

The key roles and responsibilities include:

• Preparing Information Memorandums for prospective clients
• Liaising with clients on corporate finance needs including raising finance and disposals
• Market research and compiling target company information
• Financial analysis on client businesses

The ideal candidate will be newly qualified and looking to make a step into lead advisory from an audit, tax or assurance background or indeed stepping up from an Assistant level role within CF. You must be technically competent with good excel skills and the ability to communicate and build relationships with people at all levels.
