Credit Supervisor job in Milton Keynes working for an excellent Blue Chip organisation, £30-33,000 + benefits

You will be working for a sub-division of a large corporate employer, who have a high-performance culture and who are focused on employee learning and well-being. You will be working in their European head office, based in Milton Keynes, in modern, spacious offices with ample free onsite parking.

Your new role
As the Credit Supervisor, you will be leading, coaching and motivating a team of 3, as well as being responsible for your own ledger of key accounts. The role covers all aspects of the credit cycle and you will be reporting to the Financial Controller and supporting them with cash-flow reporting, calculations of provisions and monthly reconciliations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record within credit control and will have existing staff supervisory experience. A "hands on" approach is essential, along with excellent relationship building, communication and influencing skills.
