As a member of the FP&A team within the Finance Department, accelerate the extraction of system information across Finance, HR and Procurement to produce and refine a suite of accurate reports using Oracle SQL. Upskill reporting teams to be able to use tools such as OTBI and SmartView confidently.
Accountabilities:
- Use SmartView, BI Publishing and OTBI tools coherently
- Support building confidence in the tools within the Finance team
- Learn and manipulate data held within the Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement and HR modules.
- Refine existing reports to better serve the day-to-day needs of teams
- Build, test and roll out required reports
- Assist in ad hoc projects
Qualifications and Experience:
- Oracle financials, procurement and HR
- Oracle SQL experience essential
- Ability to demonstrate collaborative and partnered approach to working.
- Exceptional and proven level of MS Excel skills e.g. vlookups, pivots, graphs, macros.
