Our client, an impressive and rapidly growing company which have shown remarkable growth in an emerging, consumer driven market are looking to source a bright and highly ambitious Senior Finance Analyst to join their ever-growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be ACA/CIMA qualified with a strong academic background with 1-2 years of commercial experience within industry. This Company seek progressive individuals with a strong track record to date that are hungry to progress through the ranks within a fast-paced, ever-changing working environment to thrive in. This highly visible role involves working with senior management and reports directly into the Commercial Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
-Measure, report and analyse business performance, including working capital
-Undertake and interpret cost and margin analysis
-Lead, consolidate and present periodic forecasting (regular or monthly)
-Regular communication with non-finance stakeholder to interpret impact on results
-Co-ordinate and lead both the annual budget and 5-year plan
-Ownership of the budget and forecast models
-Undertake year end accrual/prepayment activities
-Accurately analyse accounts (Inc. margin reviews)
-Update accrual schedules and post routine monthly journals
-Review and analyse key overhead departments
-Produce and present management account reports
-Interpret financial results understanding any key actions from them
-Continuously improve the service of the finance team through efficiencies and insightful reporting
-Ensure that 'change' is championed and continuous improvement/best practice as well as effective team working
-Partner with key Senior Leadership Team members and become their Finance SME
-Ad-hoc analysis and cover across the Retail Finance team

What we are looking for:
-Strong academic background with 2:1 degree or above
-ACA/ACCA/CIMA (First time passes) 2-3 years PQE
-Experience within the retail industry (Consider other industries provided it is Blue chip companies)
-Very strong analytical and reporting skills and have a strategical mind set
-Strong Excel modelling skills
-Presentation skills and confidence in building relationships to business partner across the company and with senior management
