Interim Financial Analyst

ABPM as experts in financial recruitment are assisting a well-established Financial Services Organisation based in the East Midlands to recruit a Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will need to be a qualified accountant who has the confidence to take this role as their own, helping to develop the organisation through continuous growth, using their keen eye for detail to analyse data and problem solve to see financial impacts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Documentation and explanations of changes within the financial model to support the business

Assisting the Senior Business Analyst revising offers and financial agreements

Forecast analysis, calculations and the following data trails

Reports to Directors on revised documentation, changes and analysis which will impact on the financial data

Providing support to the budgeting and forecasting processes

Preparation of analysis to support other business areas, including changes in accounting standards

Assessing scenarios that could potentially effect financial stats, this could be within changes you are making as well as previous data

Ad hoc duties when required, for example financial modelling

PROFILE

To have obtained an Accountancy Qualification - ACA/ACCA/ACMA

Experience within financial analysis and have an excellent eye for detail

Vast experience within Budgeting and Forecasting

Confidence user of advance Excel

Knowledge of IFRS
