Senior Treasury Manager

Treasury Manager job, London paying circa £100,000 plus bonus covering funding, liquidity and risk

An expanding financial services business is looking for a Senior Manager to join the treasury function taking ownership of liquidity, risk and balance sheet management but also play a key role in the advising on analysing the best funding options and capital structure.

Your new role
You will take ownership for day to day treasury front office activities of the group, and manage the liquidity, risk and balance sheet management of the business. You will be responsible for the short and long term liquidity, managing the groups liquidity portfolio, developing the investment policies, monitoring the risk management framework and updating this annually, producing reports covering MI and supporting board pack reports, support the funding activities and help develop the groups funding strategy, along with reviewing the accounting treatment of funding instruments.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have extensive treasury experience; with a strong background in financial theory covering funding and capital structure. Ideally be accounting or ACT/MCT qualified, with experience of funding, looking at the cost of capital and planning ahead for acquisitions. This is a broad role that requires someone that is versatile, technical and happy to get involved in anything from reporting to the more strategic aspects of treasury.
