Audit Manager / Forensic Accounting Manager

My client is looking for someone with strong Audit skills gained in a Top 10 Practice for a varied and interesting opportunity based in The City of London. If you enjoy the technicalities of what you do, but are looking for a bit more than a standard Audit Manager role, this could be an excellent opening for you.

Liaising with internal teams and external bodies, you will have the opportunity to further enhance your technical skills and expand your professional network of contacts through the work you do. In addition to the investigative work you carry out, you will write and present reports on your findings, so strong verbal and written communication skills are important for this role.

You will be investigating financial discrepancies and fraudulent activity, which will involve identifying these situations through your own investigations as well as responding to information received. You will need to assess whether the situation warrants investigation and if so, request information from relevant sources and analyse it to determine the appropriate outcome for a situation.

The successful candidate will be a qualified ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) with a strong academic and professional record, a good understanding of audit and accounting regulations and a genuine interest in Forensic Accounting and Investigation work.

This Audit & Forensic Manager opportunity has a competitive remuneration package with generous benefits, discretionary annual bonus and 30 days annual holiday plus the ability to buy extra leave.
