Finance Manager

An exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join this leading well regarded business who are continuing to grow and develop.

As Finance Manager you will support the Head of Finance to ensure key deliverables are met and provide business partnering support to a wide range of stakeholders, primarily Operations, providing insightful information and analysis to support operations in achieving targets and making informed business decisions.

We are looking for a Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) with 2-4 years PQE and strong Academics.

This role has a strong commercial element where you will provide a high level of insight and genuinely influence key business decisions to drive enhanced business performance and profits.

It's essential you bring analytical experience and strong commercial awareness, with a flair for problem solving and innovative thinking. You will be used to business partnering and engaging with a wide audience and adapting your style accordingly.

You must have proven team management experience as you will be responsible for managing a teams of analysts.

Personality, gravitas, initial impact and strong engagement skills will be key in this role. You will be expected to be tenacious and determined, challenging the status quo to improve business performance.

As a strong communicator (verbally & written form) you will be required to have proven ability to speak in layman's terms to non-finance, present at regional meetings and provide insightful commentary on board reports.
