Financial Controller

an experienced Financial Controller or Finance Manager to join its rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate would be able to hit the floor running, work in a fast paced environment and have had experience within a high volume business. The ideal candidate would be able to oversee multiple accounts, whilst ensuring that all agreed service levels are maintained with a high degree of compliance and control across numerous divisions. You will lead, develop and manage a team to ensure that statutory and management accounts are up to date. Working alongside the Finance Controller and Finance Director to maintain process change management and develop existing finance processes.

Duties will include:

• Lead reconciliation and banking controls within different divisions
• Deliver and apply payroll controls
• Ensure all transactions are made to agreed service levels with accuracy
• Supervising and coaching teams
• Lead in updating and maintaining internal processes and change management.
• Work with the central desk to ensure all queries are resolved appropriately
• Manage & report Business reviews when required

You must have
• Finalist- ACCA/CIMA/ACA
• Experience in managing and applying financial controls associated with payroll
• Experience in working within a professional service or recruitment industry.
• Experience in creating change control notes to enable system enhancement
• Experience in dealing with large volumes of data
• Sage 50
