Keen to capitalise on significant market opportunities, they have set up a dedicated finance function in Leicester and now need to appoint an experienced Treasury Analyst to work closely with the Financial Controller overseeing all areas of the treasury function.

The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership for the treasury function including cash flow forecasting, borrowing, foreign exchange and all banking arrangements. You will be involved in the preparation of robust short and medium term cashflow forecasts. You will maintain accurate records for all Treasury activities ensuring that all balance sheet reconciliations are performed effectively each month. Managing loan convenant calculations, you will also oversee the purchase of all foreign exchange ensuring adherence to group policy.

The Candidate

A dynamic, driven, part or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), you will have ideally gained your treasury experience within an innovative customer focussed environment where you will have demonstrated an ability to anticipate and meet the changing needs of a fast-moving and rapidly growing business. You will have sound commercial acumen and be an influencer of change who relishes the challenge and reward of a growing business, with the intellect and credibility to develop long term business objectives.
