Head of Finance

Exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Head of Finance!  This value adding role has been created to support the high calibre management team of the UK Division of a global manufacturing business. The business is experiencing major change, due to they are currently looking for a well rounded Senior Finance Manager to play a key role business partnering operations and driving projects. 

Candidate profile: 

• Results driven and proactive Senior Finance Manager with the knowledge and ability to challenge and develop operational and commercial plans.
• Extensive experience within multi-national manufacturing business
• Operationally aware driving operationally efficiency/lean initiatives and hands on in nature with ability to balance business as usual monthly reporting with projects 
• Thrives leading and developing finance teams to add real value within fast paced, environment 
• Demonstrable experience of providing detailed management information to support key decisions in: -customer profitability analysis, ,new product development, supply chains, sku profitability, capital investment and managing working capital
• Strong IT skills including enhancement of ERP system
