A huge, well established business services company are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join their team. The multisite company has over 500 sites over the UK and is still steadily growing.
The role reports to the Head of Finance and your responsibilities will include:
- Producing monthly management accounts
- Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts
- Reconciliations and Budgeting
- Assist with Budget holders and answer any queries that may arise
- Variance Analysis
- Strong business partnering skills are essential - you need to able to communicate throughout all levels of management and feel comfortable doing so
- Cost reduction and continuous system improvements
- Ad Hoc tasks such as training
Ideally you will be a qualified accountant however if you have the experience, a qualification isn't necessary. Finding the right person to fit the role is more important. You do however need to be highly proficient in Excel and have great communication skills. The salary will pay £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits. Please get in touch for more information
