Working closely with an aspirational leadership team and participating fully in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, your involvement will be total. Happy to be hands on, responsibilities will include the timely preparation of insightful, commercially-focused management information and analysis; the rigorous review and enhancement of internal controls; the provision of support and guidance to operational managers; cash flow forecasting and treasury management.

A graduate accountant, you will be pragmatic, incisive and analytical; resilient, results orientated and prepared to get your hands dirty. Great with numbers, at the same time you will bring a proven commercial value add. Your people and communication skills will be first rate. Experience of FMCG manufacturing and international business environments, together with some exposure to driving efficiencies would bring an advantage. A proven Finance Director you have an opportunity to make a real contribution to the business.
