Finance Business Partner - Newly Qualified

This is a genuinely great opportunity for a commercial individual with strong academic background and qualified (CIMA / ACCA - up to 3 years post qualification experience) to join an impressive blue chip organisation as a Finance Business Partner.

In the role of Finance Business Partner, you will deal work with the Commercial and Sales teams and Senior Management Finance teams. This is an exceptional role where your ability to interact, commercial acumen and technical finance skills will be developed further.

Duties for the Finance Business Partner role include:

Acting as a reliable and trusted business partner to Sales Directors, UKI leadership team and CFO

Propose business recommendations and solutions consistently

Challenge the status quo whilst respecting policies and guidelines

Build partnerships

Establish processes and structures to drive operational excellence

EMEA reporting - forecasts, budgets

Financial control of Sales revenue reporting

Compliance with SOX and statutory compliance

Work to build financial analysis models

In order to be considered for the role of Finance Business Partner you will need to have the relevant level of both qualification and experience in a large or Blue-Chip business. You need demonstrate commercial capability and attitude, you will need to have a strong academic background and have up to 3 years post qualification experience in a commercial environment.
