Investigo are partnering with an international technology giant, who in preparation for an aggressive growth strategy, are looking to recruit a commercially astute finance business partner to join in a newly created role.
Reporting into the Commercial Finance Director, this role will work across multiple business units identifying key drivers and growth opportunities internationally. This is a great opportunity to influence the revenue and cost lines of a listed business, supporting pricing, strategy and M&A decisions.
Key duties:
- Lead strategic business planning through identifying key drivers of growth
- Work with the wider commercial finance team to develop a robust budget which can withstand rigorous testing
- Present business cases & appraisals to senior finance and the board, providing appropriate analysis to maximise ROI
- Partner with the pricing team to provide financial modelling support and challenge business cases
- Measure ROI on completed capital projects
- Business partner with all areas of the business to identify and develop new sources of revenue, pricing opportunities and growth opportunities
- Develop a strong knowledge of competitor pricing and structures, ensuring the business acts on any changes in the market
- Quarterly investment and performance reviews
Key requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Ability & confidence to challenge senior stakeholders
- Advanced excel capabilities
- Experience of investment appraisal analysis & long term financial planning
- Previous TMT sector experience ideal, if not Banking / FS / FMCG experience would also be relevant
