I am recruiting for an experienced and accomplished Finance Director for a successful, long established manufacturing company in Hull. The successful applicant will enjoy a generous base salary and benefits package commensurate with the role and work closely with the Managing Director to take control and responsibility for all financial aspects of company strategy.

THE ROLE
-Reporting to and working closely with the Managing Director, the Finance Director will work closely with other senior executives and non executive directors in the business
-Provide leadership to the Board's Finance and Accounting strategy and take overall control of the company's accounting function
-Lead and develop the finance team, ensure that the financial systems are robust, compliant and support future growth
-Ensure that corporate budget processes and completed and reviewed taking ultimate responsibility for the company cash management policies
-Present annual accounts to investors, manage company policies, taxation, disposals and acquisitions and forming strong working relationships with banks and customers, establish a high level of integrity
-Manage IT and review the company business systems

THE CANDIDATE
-You will be a fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA finance professional with demonstrable previous experience of working at Finance Director level
-An exceptional communicator with vision and drive, you inspire confidence through expert knowledge, work with integrity and possess high levels of energy and commercial awareness
-You are not only technically competent but form strong working relationships through first class communication and interpersonal skills. You have a high degree of systems literacy and a strategic, forward thinking approach

THE BENEFITS:
-£75,000 - £90,000 dependent upon background and experience + family healthcare + pension
