Corporate Finance Senior Manager

An established Independent Consultancy is looking to further grow its Corporate Finance advisory team and is looking for an ambitious Manager or Senior Manager with proven mid market M&A experience.

You will join a small but growing team that focuses on £10-100m M&A advisory deals, across sectors, as well as some fund raising and debt advisory mandates. Working closely with the Partner and Director team you will have responsibility for helping to manage a wide range of transactions from origination to completion and as such you should be comfortable with all aspects of the deal process.

Ideally you will be ACA qualified or equivalent with proven Mid Market M&A advisory experience gained with a Top 10 Accountancy Practice or Independent Corporate Finance House. Business development experience is not required but will be welcomed.

The team has ambitious growth plans and the successful candidate has an excellent opportunity to progress rapidly to Director and Partner level. You will be a self starter with an entrepreneurial outlook who is excited by the chance to join a growing business and be a key part of its continued success.
