Finance Director

A well regarded and successful PE backed multi site dental chain is seeking a Finance Director to lead the finance team and drive business development by providing comprehensive analysis to optimise cost savings, working capital, and revenue.

The main focus of the role is recognising opportunities for profit growth and driving financial performance that will allow for a swift and profitable exit. Therefore you will utilize your analytical skills to provide robust budgets and forecasts to monitor and support the financial strategy of the company, as well as reviewing capital expenditure across the business.

Your commercial instincts and excellent communication skills will allow you to manage and develop strategic banking relationships, cash and covenants, whilst working alongside the private equity backers to create significant value within the business.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA,ACMA,ACCA), preferably Chartered, and will have experience working in a leveraged environment, preferably in the dental industry or multi site medical business with a proven track record in capitalising on commercial growth opportunities. An enthusiastic and ambitious approach will see you succeed in this rewarding role, as you will be given an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the future direction of the business.
