Page Personnel are currently recruiting a 12 month contract based in the centre of Reading for an assistant accountant. The role is a new position within a developing company with plenty of opportunities to develop and progress.
Client Details
My client is a global organisation within the financial services industry that are looking to grow their finance team within Reading.
Description
The role will involve supporting with:
- Performance and sales analysis
- Day to day monthly management accounts
- Reporting for other business units
- Bank reconciliations
- Pricing enquiries
- Ad hoc finance administration duties
Profile
The ideal candidate will be:
- Either studying towards an accounting qualification or qualified by experience
- Available to start before the beginning of November
- Experienced in a similar roles as a junior accountant/accounts assistant
- Able to work with large data sets and use excel to at least an intermediate level
- Used to building relationships both internally and externally
