Finance Director

FD Recruit is pleased to announce a new Finance Director vacancy at our client’s offices in Maidenhead, Kent.

Our client, a name at the forefront of the Construction industry, is seeking a vibrant finance professional to join the team and steer the business forward.  The company continues to grow and develop and the Finance Director will be joining the business to consolidate the achievements.

Based in our client’s head office and reporting to the CFO, the FD will work in close partnership with the leadership team.  The role covers all areas of accountancy and finance and is an ideal opportunity for an experienced individual.

Finance Director duties:

• Responsible for all finance tasks of the business, including week and month end reports, management accounts, audit, risk and compliance
• Review processes and systems to ensure they are robust and effective
• Manage company budget, including forecasting and planning
• Provide solid and effective financial advice to the business
• Contribute to shaping finance strategy
• Work in partnership with CEO and Senior Management
• Manage finance team on a day-to-day basis
• Maintain relationships with external auditors and bankers
