Financial & Project Accountant

I am recruiting an experienced, qualified accountant for a large blue-chip business in West Berkshire.

Key responsibilites in this role will include:

• Overseeing the implementation of IFRS16 Leasing accounting standards across the project
• Being responsible for filing corporate tax returns, VAT administration and other tax elements
• Liaising with finance stakeholders across the project
• Balance sheet reconciliations, annual statutory accounts and managing the external audit process

Essential attributes for applicants include:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant
• Educated to degree level
• Prior experience of driving finance systems improvements and implementing or configuring finance systems
• Strong financial and management accounting knowledge
