Accounts Payable Administrator

BTG Recruitment is working on behalf of a national chain in their search for a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
We are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger to join this talented team. The chosen candidate will be involved with the day to day aspects of a typical Purchase Ledger department. Reporting in to the Finance Manager.
- Timely processing of supplier invoices
- High volume of query resolution between, clients, suppliers and internally
- End to end invoice processing
- Monthly statement reconciliations
- Ensure correct authorisation is received for any "non-matching" invoices
- Investigating any discrepancies
- Liaise monthly with Suppliers to ensure resolution of External queries is prompt and efficient from both parties,
- Any other Ad-hoc requests as and where required
The successful candidate will posses the following skills;
- The proven ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to build good relationships with Internal & External customers.
- Fantastic interpersonally
- Excellent Communicator
- Experience using ERP system
- Versatile approach to workload
- Positive attitude to change
- Good level of Excel knowledge, including v-look ups & pivot tables
