Interim Finance Consultant

Client Description:

Green Park is proud to partner with an International Property Group.   

Background of Assignment:

Our client requires the immediate support from an experienced finance project manager/finance business partner to support the Head of Client Property Finance on resolving a number of key issues effecting their function.  

The main objective of this assignment is Issue Resolution, find solutions to the current and future problems effecting the Property Client Accounting Function and lending additional support to a wider BPO Finance Transformation which is currently underway. 

Candidate description:

To be considered for this assignment, we need Consultants to be able to demonstrate the following experience:

- Strong experience of client property accounting, this can be gained from time spent within a function or from a consultancy/change background. 

- The track record of project/change management, where you have personally taken ownership of a project and can clearly outline to the CFO, your method and approach to finding a successful solution given this assignment is to be a "right hand" to the CFO vs "hand holding" by them. 

- Qualified Accountant from ideally an ACA/CA background, given strong understanding of Statutory Accounts and Reporting Standards is key to challenging the team to deliver accurate numbers, however this experience can still have been gained via CIMA, ACCA or Equivalent Accounting Qualifications.   

- Consultants must be immediately available for interview and start
