Partner Financial are currently working with a fast growth, entrepreneurial SaaS business that are targeted to achieve rapid growth. Having recently been acquired, they are well placed to maximise on the global footprint they have already achieved, whilst maintaining a culture that encourages new ideas and inspirational thinking.

The organisation has a strong brand within their industry and benefits from minimal competition. The FP&A role offers the opportunity to be involved in the complete budgeting and planning processes both in the UK and Internationally, but also offers full ownership for a specific area of the organisation. This role would suit an ambitious individual who can build relationships outside of finance and is able to influence and drive growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Head of FP&A in the preparation, distribution and improvement of financial information;
• Taking ownership for, and understanding variances, and providing analysis on divisional performance;
• Challenge stakeholders within the business to ensure that costs reflect and impact the strategic objectives;
• Providing monthly performance reporting that reflects entity and divisional performance;
• Producing robust multi-currency budgets, forecasts and long range plans;
• Providing crucial insight and analysis for a multitude of stakeholders both locally and internationally.

The ideal candidate will be:

• CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified with excellent analytical skills;
• Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to influence commercial decision making;
• Able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills and the ability to spot anomalies in the numbers;
• Confident presenting findings & results to senior stakeholders, specifically within the commercial team;
• The type of person who thrives when working under pressure.
