Senior Finance Analyst

This is a super opportunity for an analyst who can perform at a senior level to be involved with process change management within a successful and growing international car manufacturer.  This opportunity will give the post holder excellent company wide experience developing process change and improvements, supporting the global processes.

Overview - to support process definition and process improvements by participating in the governance framework in order to drive through alignment and consistency.  To perform root cause analysis, aligning processes change projects and standardisation. 

This will be offered as a long term rolling contract and will give the post holder a unique chance to make a difference and own processes.

Requirements

• experience working in large, complex organisations
• Manufacturing or automotive sector experience
• Confident, outgoing personal communication skills
• Previous and recent experience delivering process change or improvements
